Nexcom NDiS B561 12th Gen Intel Core Alder Lake Wide Temperature Digital Signage Player with 3x HDMI

A bus station screen or a stadium concourse display has to cope with weather, heat and cold, and still drive high-resolution content all day. The NDiS B561 is the wide temperature Digital Signage Player in the Nexcom NDiS B561 series, rated from -20 °C to 60 °C in a fanless case, with socketed 12th Gen Intel Core processors and three HDMI outputs. For indoor sites that need PoE, its sibling is the NDiS B561-PoE.

The NDiS B561 takes an LGA socket 12th Gen Intel Core processor up to 35 W, from the 4-core Core i3-12100TE to the 16-core Core i9-12900TE, on the Intel Q670E chipset with Intel UHD Graphics 730. Two DDR5 4800 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB, and two M.2 2280 Key M sockets with PCIe x4 hold NVMe storage, one also supporting SATA. Intel AMT is available on Core i5 and above.

Display output is one HDMI 2.1 and two HDMI 2.0 ports, driving three independent 4K screens at 60 Hz or one screen at up to 8K 60 Hz. Networking is one GbE and two 2.5GbE ports, with eight USB 3.2 ports and four DB9 COM ports, COM1 supporting RS232/422/485. An M.2 Key B socket with SIM slot takes a 3G, 4G or 5G module, an M.2 Key E socket takes Wi-Fi, and the NDiS B561 also has eight GPIO channels and TPM 2.0.

Power comes from a 12 V to 24 V DC input, with a 120 W adapter for this version. The fanless 238 x 192 x 67.29 mm case runs from -20 °C to 60 °C, so this Digital Signage Player can sit in outdoor enclosures as well as plant rooms. The NDiS B561 runs Windows 10 or Linux and carries CE and FCC Class A approval.
