Antaira LMP-0600-24-T-V2 6-Port Fast Ethernet Managed Industrial Ethernet Switch with 4x PoE+, 12-55V DC Input and Extended Temperature

The LMP-0600-24-T-V2 is the extended temperature build of the Antaira LMP-0600-24-V2 series: six Fast Ethernet ports with four 30 W PoE+ on a 12 V to 55 V DC input, ERPS ring recovery under 50 ms and -40 °C to 75 °C operation for outdoor low-voltage cabinets.

LMP-0600-24-T-V2 Overview

Where a cabinet runs on a 12 V or 24 V DC supply rather than 48 V, powering cameras over Ethernet usually means adding a separate converter. The LMP-0600-24-T-V2 is the extended temperature, low-voltage input build in the Antaira LMP-0600-24-V2 series: a Fast Ethernet managed industrial switch that runs from 12 V to 55 V DC and still feeds four PoE+ ports, with two more copper ports for uplinks.

It has six 10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports with auto MDI/MDI-X, four of them IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W per port, on a 1.2 Gbps store-and-forward fabric with an 8K MAC table. Management is Layer 2+, with IEEE 802.1Q VLANs, QoS, IGMP v1/v2/v3 multicast filtering, LACP and SNMP v1/v2c/v3, plus static routes and DHCP Option 82. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS restores a broken ring in under 50 ms, STP, RSTP and MSTP are supported, and Modbus TCP lets a SCADA system monitor the switch. Set-up is by web console, Telnet or CLI, with HTTPS, SSH and IEEE 802.1X for secure access.

Power comes in on 12 V to 55 V DC redundant inputs through a removable 6-pin terminal block, so a second supply can take over if the first fails; the budget depends on input voltage: 120 W from 24 V and 90 W at 12 V. Reverse polarity, overload current, EFT and ESD protection are built in, and a 24 V DC, 1 A relay contact can flag a power loss or fault.

The LMP-0600-24-T-V2 is rated -40 °C to 75 °C, for unheated outdoor enclosures on ITS, utility and surveillance sites. It has an IP30 metal housing for DIN-rail or wall mounting, designed to IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration. Antaira lists FCC, CE and UL 61010-1 certifications with RoHS compliance, and the switch carries Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LMP-0600-24-V2 is the same switch rated -10 °C to 70 °C, and the LMP-0600-T-V2 is the 48 V to 55 V DC version at the same extended range.
