The 4 inch EPIC single board computer, at 165 x 115 mm, sits between the 3.5 inch SBC and Mini-ITX: room for more serial ports, LAN and edge connectors than a 3.5 inch board, in a footprint that still fits a compact fanless enclosure.
Options include up to six COM ports, triple or quad LAN, memory down with an SO-DIMM for expansion, 9 to 36 V DC input and extended-temperature builds, suited to transport, energy, factory automation and kiosk systems that connect many devices directly.
