Stainless Steel Washdown Displays for Hygienic Areas
Stainless steel monitors seal the display in a corrosion-resistant enclosure that takes detergents, sanitisers and hot water, the screen hygienic production areas specify. Available from 10.1 to 32 inches with PCAP or resistive touch, sealed to IP65, IP66, IP67 and IP69K, they mount in the open on arms and yokes.
Options include 316 grade stainless steel, M12 connectors, wireless display and an ATEX-rated model, suited to food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical production where hygiene and hose-down cleaning decide the specification.

What to Specify in a Hygienic Stainless Display
A hygienic stainless display is chosen on the cleaning regime it faces. The grade of steel, sealing, connectors and mounting decide whether it survives the chemicals and stays easy to clean.
304 or 316 Grade
304 suits most food areas, while 316 resists chlorides, brine and aggressive sanitisers in meat, dairy and seafood plants.
IP65 to IP69K
Wipe-down, powerful jets, temporary immersion or hot high-pressure washdown: match the rating to the cleaning.
M12 Connectors
