Winmate R15L100-SPC3 15″ IP65 Stainless Steel PCAP Touch Monitor with 316 Housing and M12 Connectors

A monitor on a food or pharmaceutical line has to survive the same cleaning as the machine beside it. The R15L100-SPC3 is Winmate’s 15 inch stainless steel chassis monitor, sealed to IP65 all round in a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing, with PCAP touch and M12 connectors.

The 4:3 XGA panel runs at 1024 x 768 with 300 nits, a 2000:1 contrast ratio and 88 degree viewing angles in each direction, and optical bonding is available as an option to cut reflections. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a flat front, which leaves fewer edges for residue to collect in. The active area measures 304.1 x 228.1 mm, and the panel shows 16.2 million colours.

All connections are sealed: VGA arrives on an M12 connector, touch runs over USB on a second M12 connector, and 12 V DC power enters on a third, with waterproof HDMI or DVI as options. Power and status LEDs and a five-button OSD are on the rear. Where the line is cleaned with high-pressure, high-temperature jets, the R15L100-SPC369 is the IP69K twin, and the R17L100-SPM1 takes the same IP65 design to 17 inches.

The chassis measures 378 x 301 x 56.4 mm, weighs 6.3 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, sealed cables and waterproof caps are supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks.
