FCCR17L100-SPM1 Overview
Hygiene areas need a screen large enough for batch and SCADA views that still survives daily cleaning. The R17L100-SPM1 is Winmate’s 17 inch stainless steel monitor, sealed to IP65 all round in a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing, with PCAP touch on a 1280 x 1024 panel.
The 5:4 SXGA panel delivers 350 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles, and optical bonding is an option to cut reflections. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a flat front, which is quicker to wipe clean than a raised bezel and gives the operator more vertical space than a 4:3 panel. The active area measures 337.9 x 270.3 mm and the panel shows 16.2 million colours.
VGA, USB touch and 12 V DC power each connect on M12 connectors, with waterproof HDMI or DVI as options, and power and status LEDs sit beside a five-button OSD on the rear. For a smaller line position the R15L100-SPC3 is the 15 inch IP65 model, and the R19L100-SPM1 extends the same design to 19 inches.
The chassis measures 412 x 344 x 61.3 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA, with a yoke mount as an option. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, sealed cables and waterproof caps are supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names food and beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical plants as target industries.
