FCCR19L100-SPM1 Overview
Supervisors on a hygiene line need a screen large enough to show the whole process, and it has to be cleaned like the rest of the line. The R19L100-SPM1 is Winmate’s 19 inch stainless steel monitor, sealed to IP65 all round in a SUS 316 / AISI 316 housing, with PCAP touch on a 1280 x 1024 panel.
The 5:4 SXGA panel runs at 250 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.7 million colours and 170 degree horizontal and 160 degree vertical viewing angles, and optical bonding is an option to reduce reflections. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a flat front that is quick to wipe down. The active area measures 376.3 x 301.1 mm, which leaves room for full line overviews.
VGA, USB touch and 12 V DC power each connect on M12 connectors, with waterproof HDMI or DVI as options, and power and status LEDs sit next to a five-button OSD on the rear. Where the line is cleaned with hot high-pressure jets, the R19L100-SPM169 is the IP69K twin, and the R17L100-SPM1 offers the same IP65 design at 17 inches.
The chassis measures 468 x 395 x 57 mm and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, sealed cables and waterproof caps are supplied. It is fanless, operates from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% RH non-condensing, stores from -20 to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Winmate names the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as target applications. VESA screws are included.
