Winmate R15L600-65C3 15″ IP65 Stainless Steel Monitor with M12 Connectors and Resistive Touch

On a food processing line the screen often sits on a stand or yoke where it gets splashed from every side, so a front-only seal is not enough. The R15L600-65C3 is Winmate’s 15″ stainless steel chassis display for those positions: a 15 inch panel in a SUS 316 (AISI 316) housing, sealed to full IP65 against dust and low-pressure water jets, with a fanless design that leaves no vents to clean.

The panel is 1024 x 768 in the 4:3 format, at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, 16.2 million colours and 176 degree viewing angles. Resistive touch is an option and works with gloves, while protection glass without touch is the alternative for a view-only screen. Optical bonding is listed as an option. A power button, menu and adjustment buttons, and LEDs for power and status are built in.

The R15L600-65C3 connects to a separate computer over VGA on an M12 connector as standard, with waterproof DVI and HDMI inputs as options. With touch fitted, the controller links to the host over an M12 USB connector or an M12 RS-232 connector. The R15IE3S-65C3 is the panel PC version of this 15 inch stainless design with an Intel Celeron N6211, and the R15L600-GCC3-C is a 15 inch aluminium monitor that runs from a single USB-C cable.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector. Winmate supplies a 100 to 240 V AC to DC adapter with a waterproof connector, a power cord, an external VGA cable, waterproof caps and VESA screws, and a yoke mount stand is an optional accessory. The monitor operates from 0 °C to 45 °C, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured and tested before dispatch.
