Winmate R15L100-SPC369-P1 15″ Stainless Steel IP69K Monitor with PCAP Touch and XGA LCD

In food and chemical plants the screens are cleaned with hot, high-pressure water and chemicals, and the weak point is usually where the cables go in. The R15L100-SPC369-P1 is Winmate’s 15 inch IP69K stainless steel monitor for those areas, with PCAP touch and a waterproof sealed conduit pipe that carries the cables, and it connects to a separate PC kept away from the washdown.

The 15″ panel shows 1024 x 768 (XGA) at 300 nits, with 2000:1 contrast, 16.2 million colours and viewing angles of 176 degrees horizontal and 176 degrees vertical. Projected capacitive multi-touch sits behind a true flat, edge-to-edge front that is easy to wipe clean, and optical bonding is optional. A power button, up and down adjust buttons, ESC and OK keys handle the menu, with LEDs for power and status.

The R15L100-SPC369-P1 connects to a separate PC or controller over VGA as standard, with HDMI as an option, and touch data returns over a USB Type-A port. The cables run through a waterproof sealed conduit pipe, and two conduit lengths, two elbows, an external USB cable, an external HDMI cable, D-sub15 to RJ45 adapters and an RJ45 cable come in the box. Within the Winmate range the R15L100-SPC369 is the 15″ IP69K stainless steel PCAP monitor built with M12 connectors instead of conduit, and the R15IAD3S-SPC369-P1 is the panel PC version of this conduit design with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 built in.

Power is 12 V DC, with an AC to DC adapter and power cord supplied. Winmate rates the full enclosure IP69K against close-range, high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, in SUS 316 / AISI 316 stainless steel with a fanless design, and lists food and chemical plants among its uses. It runs from 0 to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA, with a yoke stand as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks.
