FCCR10L100-67T2ST Overview
In food and pharmaceutical plants the screen gets the same hose-down as the machine it controls, often from operators wearing gloves. The R10L100-67T2ST is Winmate’s 10.4 inch stainless steel chassis monitor, with a full IP67 SUS 316 housing, M12 waterproof connectors and a resistive touch screen bonded to the panel.
The 10.4 inch LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 350 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2M colours and 176° viewing angles. The resistive touch screen works with gloves and is bonded to the panel. Where touch is not wanted, Winmate offers protection glass instead. Five buttons and power and status LEDs sit on the housing for on-screen display control, so settings can be changed without opening the unit.
VGA and 12 V DC power connect through M12 waterproof connectors, and touch data runs over optional M12 USB or RS-232 connections. Waterproof DVI and HDMI inputs are available as options. The R10L100-SPT2 is the IP65 stainless model with PCAP touch, and the R17L100-67M1ST offers IP67 stainless with resistive touch at 17 inches.
Power is 12 V DC, supplied through a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector. The monitor operates from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and cools without a fan, leaving no vents for water or product to enter. It measures 311 x 257 x 47.4 mm and mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA holes or a yoke stand, which is available as an option. It carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries as applications.
