Winmate R08T200-65U1 8.4″ IP65 Stainless Steel Monitor with M12 Connectors and Resistive Touch

Small screens next to a machine, a filler or a control station on a food processing line still have to survive the same cleaning as everything around them. The R08T200-65U1 is Winmate’s 8.4″ stainless steel chassis display for those positions: an 8.4 inch panel in a SUS 316 (AISI 316) housing, sealed to full IP65, fanless and connected through M12 waterproof connectors.

The panel is 800 x 600 in the 4:3 format at 600 nits, with 600:1 contrast and 262,000 colours, which keeps simple HMI pages and status screens readable under bright lighting. Resistive touch is optional and suits gloved hands, while protection glass without touch is the alternative for a display-only position. Optical bonding is listed as an option.

This monitor connects to a separate computer through a single VGA input on an M12 connector. When touch is fitted, the touch controller talks to the host over an M12 USB connector or an M12 RS-232 connector, and a waterproof USB cable for touch control is an optional accessory. The R08T200-IPT1HB is an 8.4 inch front IP65 monitor with a 1000 nit panel, and the R08T200-PMT1HB is the panel mount version with the same 1000 nit display.

Power is 12 V DC on an M12 connector, and Winmate supplies a 100 to 240 V AC adapter with a waterproof connector, a power cord, an external VGA cable with a waterproof connector, waterproof caps and VESA screws. The R08T200-65U1 operates from 0 °C to 45 °C, stores from -20 °C to 60 °C, mounts on VESA and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured and tested before dispatch.
