Winmate R08T200-PMT1HB 8.4″ Panel Mount Monitor with 1000 Nit SVGA Display and Resistive Touch

Equipment monitoring screens on outdoor-facing plant and in bright control rooms need a panel that can compete with daylight. The R08T200-PMT1HB is Winmate’s 8.4 inch panel mount monitor with a 1000 nit high-brightness panel and resistive touch, built for industrial visualisation, control rooms and equipment monitoring, and it connects to a separate PC.

The 8.4″ panel shows 800 x 600 (SVGA) at 1000 nits, with 600:1 contrast and viewing angles of 160 degrees horizontal and 140 degrees vertical. At 1000 nits the panel is bright enough to read in direct sunlight or under strong lighting, which a standard 300 to 500 nit screen can struggle with. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, with SAW touch or protection glass without touch as options. Five keys (minus, plus, power, Esc and Enter) handle the on-screen menu, and a remote controller is optional.

The R08T200-PMT1HB connects to a separate industrial PC or controller over VGA as standard, with HDMI and DVI inputs available as options, and both a VGA and an HDMI cable come in the box. A USB port carries touch data back to the host. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional. Within the Winmate range the R08T200-RMT1WT is the 8.4″ rear mount version with a 450 nit panel and a -20 to 60 °C range, and the R08T200-PMT1OD is the sunlight readable panel mount model with a wide temperature range.

Power is a 12 V DC input, and an AC adapter and power cord are supplied. The monitor runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C. Winmate lists panel and VESA mounting for this model, with VESA screws supplied. It carries CE and FCC marks.
