Arestech TPM-3615 15" IP66/IP69K 316 Stainless Steel Touch Monitors with M12 Connectors

On a food, dairy or pharmaceutical line the display is hosed down with the rest of the equipment, often with hot water, high pressure and cleaning chemicals. Painted bezels, gaps around the glass and standard connectors are where water and residue get in. The Arestech TPM-3615 series is built for that routine: a family of 15 inch stainless steel touch monitors in brushed 316 grade stainless with a true-flat front and full IP66/IP69K protection, so the whole unit is sealed rather than only the face.

Every TPM-3615 shares the same build. The 4:3 XGA LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 300 nits, a 600:1 contrast ratio, 160° viewing angles and a rated 50,000 hour life. Connections are sealed at the rear: VGA and the USB touch interface on M12 connectors, HDMI on an IP67 waterproof connector and 12 to 24 V DC power on M12 from a single source, drawing 16 W. Six OSD keys cover menu, up, down, auto adjust, power and a function key, and touch drivers support Windows 7, 8.1 and 10, Windows Embedded and Linux, including Fedora and Ubuntu. The 15″ monitor measures 435 x 350 x 66.9 mm and weighs 6.71 kg, with 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 mm VESA patterns and a yoke mount.

The TPM-3615 series splits on touch. The TPM-3615P-B6A1 uses a projected capacitive touch screen with a 7 Mohs surface and 90% transparency for a clear image and bare-finger operation. The TPM-3615R-B6A1 uses a 5-wire resistive screen with a 3 Mohs surface and 80% transparency that responds to gloved hands, the usual choice where operators keep nitrile or thermal gloves on at the line.

The series operates from -20 °C to 60 °C at 5 to 95% humidity, is vibration-tested from 5 to 500 Hz at 2.16 Grms on three axes and carries CE and FCC marks.
