The LMP-0702G-SFP-24-T-V2 is the extended temperature build of the Antaira LMP-0702G-SFP-24-V2 series: four gigabit PoE+ ports and two SFP slots on a 12 V to 55 V DC input, rated -40 °C to 75 °C for outdoor low-voltage fibre ring nodes on ITS and utility sites.

  • Extended Temperature, 12 to 55 V DC: Rated -40 °C to 75 °C on redundant 12 V to 55 V DC inputs for unheated, low-voltage outdoor ring nodes.
  • Gigabit PoE+ and Twin SFP: Four gigabit PoE+ ports at 30 W, two SFP slots, and 120 W of PoE from 24 V DC or 90 W at 12 V.
  • G.8032 ERPS Ring Recovery: ITU-T G.8032 ERPS restores a broken ring in under 50 ms, with STP, RSTP and MSTP also supported.
  • Layer 2+ Management: VLANs, QoS, IGMP v1/v2/v3 multicast filtering, LACP, SNMP v3 and Modbus TCP, plus static routes and DHCP Option 82.
  • Redundant DC Input and Relay: Redundant 12 V to 55 V DC inputs, a 24 V DC relay contact and FCC, CE and UL 61010-1 approvals.

LMP-0702G-SFP-24-T-V2 Overview

Fibre ring nodes on low-voltage DC supplies are common on ITS and utility sites, and each node still has cameras or sensors to power. The LMP-0702G-SFP-24-T-V2 is the extended temperature, low-voltage input build in the Antaira LMP-0702G-SFP-24-V2 series: a gigabit managed industrial switch with four PoE+ ports, one more gigabit RJ45 port and two SFP slots, running from 12 V to 55 V DC.

It has five 10/100/1000Base-TX RJ45 ports, with IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W on ports one to four, plus two 100/1000 dual-rate SFP slots. Switching runs on a 14 Gbps store-and-forward fabric with an 8K MAC table. Management is Layer 2+, with IEEE 802.1Q VLANs, QoS, IGMP v1/v2/v3 multicast filtering, LACP and SNMP v1/v2c/v3, plus static routes and DHCP Option 82. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS restores a broken ring in under 50 ms, STP, RSTP and MSTP are supported, and Modbus TCP lets a SCADA system monitor the switch. Set-up is by web console, Telnet or CLI, with HTTPS, SSH and IEEE 802.1X for secure access.

Power comes in on 12 V to 55 V DC redundant inputs through a removable 6-pin terminal block, so a second supply can take over if the first fails; the budget depends on input voltage: 120 W from 24 V and 90 W at 12 V. Reverse polarity, overload current, EFT and ESD protection are built in, and a 24 V DC, 1 A relay contact can flag a power loss or fault.

The LMP-0702G-SFP-24-T-V2 is rated -40 °C to 75 °C, for unheated outdoor enclosures on ITS, utility and surveillance sites. It has an IP30 metal housing for DIN-rail or wall mounting, designed to IEC 60068-2-27 shock and IEC 60068-2-6 vibration. Antaira lists FCC, CE and UL 61010-1 certifications with RoHS compliance, and the switch carries Antaira’s 5-year warranty. The LMP-0702G-SFP-24-V2 is the same switch rated -10 °C to 65 °C, and the LMP-0702G-SFP-T-V2 is the 48 V to 55 V DC version at the same extended range.
