Arestech BPC-3064-2A1 Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron J6412 Fanless IoT Gateway with Dual 2.5GbE and M.2 B-Key

Gateways that collect data from machines and pass it upstream increasingly sit on 2.5GbE networks and need cellular backhaul as well as Wi-Fi. The Arestech BPC-3064-2A1 is the 2.5GbE model in the BPC-3064 series series, a fanless IoT gateway that Arestech lists for embedded control, factory automation, intelligent gateways, robotic control and data collection.

The BPC-3064-2A1 runs an Intel Celeron J6412 (Elkhart Lake) at up to 2.6 GHz with Intel UHD Graphics. Two DDR4 3200 SO-DIMM sockets take up to 32 GB in dual channel, and storage combines a 2.5″ SATA SSD bay with an M.2 M-Key 2280 slot carrying PCIe x2 and SATA III. Windows 11 IoT and Linux are supported.

Networking runs on two 2.5GbE ports with Intel i226-V controllers. Display output is one HDMI at up to 4096 x 2160 plus one VGA at up to 1920 x 1200, so an existing VGA monitor can stay on the line. Two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and four USB 2.0 ports and four COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 and two RS-232) handle peripherals and serial devices. An M.2 B-Key 3042/3052 slot with SIM takes an optional 4G module, while a full-size mini-PCIe slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Where dual HDMI, Intel GbE and line-out audio suit better, the BPC-3064-1A1 is the sibling, and the CB-2264 offers a J6412 build for DIN-rail mounting.

Power is 9 to 24 V DC through a DC jack or two-pin terminal block, with AT and ATX modes. The fanless aluminium and SECC chassis runs from -20 °C to 60 °C, is tested to 5 Grms vibration and 50 G shock, carries CE and FCC Class A marks and wall mounts.
