Arestech PPC-Z1064RW 10.1″ WXGA Resistive Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Celeron J6412, M12 I/O and IP66/IP69K

Batching and recipe terminals in animal feed production are washed down regularly, and many of them only ever run one HMI application. The PPC-Z1064RW is the 5-wire resistive build in the Arestech PPC-Z1064 series: a 10.1 inch stainless steel panel PC sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a whole system, with a flat front and touch that responds to pressure, so it usually works through gloves.

The Intel Celeron J6412 runs at up to 2.6 GHz on dual-channel DDR4 3200 across two SO-DIMM sockets for up to 32 GB, which is usually plenty for one HMI application, data entry or a monitoring screen on Windows 11 IoT or Professional or Linux. Storage is an internal SSD bay plus an M.2 2280 M-Key socket with PCIe x2 or SATA, with firmware TPM. The 10.1″ WXGA display runs at 1280 x 800 (16:10) with 500 nits, 800:1 contrast and 170° horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

Every external connection is on a sealed M12 connector: two GbE ports on Intel I210-AT controllers, two RS-232/422/485 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and two USB 2.0 ports. A full-size Mini-PCIe socket with a SIM slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module. The PPC-Z1064PW is the same build with projected capacitive touch, and the PPC-Z1012RW pairs the same screen and sealing with the Core i5-1235U where more compute is needed.

Power is 12 to 36 V DC on M12 with AT and ATX modes. The PPC-Z1064RW runs from -10 °C to 60 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, is tested to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and 15 G IEC 60068-2-27 shock, and carries CE and FCC Class A marks. SUS316L is an option to the standard SUS304 where the cleaning regime calls for it, and VESA, yoke and wall mounting use optional kits. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before it ships.
