ASRock Industrial iEPF-11000S Intel Xeon 600 W890 Quad-GPU AI Computer with RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Support and 2 TB DDR5

Some edge AI work needs more graphics cards than a two-card tower holds. The ASRock Industrial iEPF-11000S is a quad-GPU AI computer built on Intel Xeon 600 (Granite Rapids-WS) processors and the W890 chipset, with room for up to four dual width cards or two triple width cards and up to 2 TB of ECC memory.

The iEPF-11000S takes Intel Xeon 600 processors in an LGA4710 socket. ASRock does not list CPU models, so we confirm the processor with you. Eight RDIMM or RDIMM-3DS sockets take ECC DDR5 at 6400 MHz with one DIMM per channel or 5200 MHz with two, up to 2 TB. Up to four NVIDIA RTX PRO Blackwell cards from the RTX PRO 2000 to the 6000 Max-Q, Intel Arc Pro B70 to B50 or AMD Radeon AI PRO R9700 cards can be fitted, or three Arc A770 or B580. Up to three RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Workstation Edition cards are available to order.

Seven PCIe Gen5 slots carry the cards: six x16 slots, two of them only with an Expert SKU processor, and one x8. Networking is an Intel I210AT and an Intel I219LM Gigabit port with vPro, with two Intel 10GbE ports as an option. I/O covers four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports on the rear, six USB 3.2 Gen 1, three USB 2.0, two RS-232 ports, four digital inputs, four digital outputs and VGA. Storage is two M.2 M key sockets on PCIe Gen5 x4 and Gen4 x4, eight SATA3 ports and a 3.5 inch bay as standard, or an optional eight-bay 2.5 inch hot-swap module, with Intel VMD RAID.

Power is an ATX supply of 1600 W or 2500 W, the 2500 W unit on 200 to 240 V AC. The fan-cooled tower can be rack mounted with an optional kit, and an optional module adds out-of-band remote management. Temperature figures are not published, so we confirm the site with you.
