ASRock Industrial IMB-1015J Intel N150 Mini-ITX Motherboard with Dual 2.5GbE, Triple Display and 12-28V DC

Remote signage players, factory systems and machine vision stations often sit where a wired connection is slow or missing, so cellular backhaul and fast LAN on the same board help. The ASRock Industrial IMB-1015J is a Mini-ITX motherboard on the Intel N150 (Twin Lake) that combines two 2.5GbE ports with an M.2 Key B socket and SIM slot for an optional 4G or 5G module. Among the low-power boards in this range it is the one built around connectivity.

The N150 has four cores at up to 3.6 GHz within a 6 W rating, with Intel UHD Graphics. One DDR4 SO-DIMM socket runs at 3200 MHz and takes up to 32 GB. That suits signage players, factory systems and light vision or data-handling tasks, and the IMB-1015J supports Windows 11 and Linux.

Two Realtek RTL8125BG 2.5GbE ports handle networking. Displays run from two HDMI 2.0b outputs, a VGA port and an LVDS or eDP connector, with up to three screens at once. USB covers two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 on the rear, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 on an internal header, and three internal USB 2.0 including a vertical Type-A port. Six COM ports cover serial devices: COM1 to COM3 are RS-232/422/485 on rear DB9 connectors, COM4 is RS-232, and COM5 and COM6 add optional TTL or ccTalk modes, with four GPI and four GPO. Expansion is a PCIe x1 Gen3 slot, an M.2 Key M socket for a PCIe or SATA SSD, one SATA3 port, the M.2 Key B and an M.2 Key E socket for optional Wi-Fi. A MIPI camera header is optional.

Power is a 24+4-pin ATX supply or 12 to 28 V DC on the four-pin connector, and the board is rated from -20 °C to 70 °C operating with a TPM header and Intel PTT. We supply the IMB-1015J configured and tested, with memory, storage, any wireless modules and the OS image fitted. The IMB-1009J uses the same N150 with Gigabit LAN and a 12 V input, and the IMB-1011J-WV adds a MIPI CSI-2 input on an N97.
