NUC 1300/D5 Motherboard Series Description
The NUC-1300/D5 Series brings 13th Gen Intel Raptor Lake-P performance to the compact 4×4-inch embedded motherboard format.
Combining hybrid P-core and E-core architecture with Iris Xe Graphics, it supports up to four independent 4K displays through HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB4 connections.
Dual DDR5 memory slots deliver up to 64 GB system memory bandwidth, while storage flexibility includes both NVMe PCIe Gen4 and SATA 3.0 interfaces.
Networking is handled by dual Intel 2.5 GbE controllers with optional vPro support for remote manageability.
The board offers rich connectivity with multiple USB 3.2 and Thunderbolt ports, M.2 expansion for Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and RS-232/422/485 serial support for industrial control integration.
Operating from 12–19 V DC input in AT or ATX power modes, the NUC-1300/D5 Series delivers high-efficiency, long-lifecycle performance for embedded, automation, and edge computing applications.
