SBC-377E Overview
Signage players, multi-screen operator stations and inspection cells often need current-generation graphics, error-checked memory and an NPU, but not the largest processor in the range. The ASRock Industrial SBC-377E covers that brief in the SBC-377 series, with an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 on the same 3.5″ SBC as its higher-core sibling.
The Core Ultra 5 325 is a Panther Lake-H processor with eight cores (four P-cores and four LP E-cores) and an NPU rated at 47 TOPS, which suits lighter vision and inference work next to the main application. Two DDR5 SO-DIMM sockets run at 6400 MHz in dual channel and take up to 128 GB, and Intel In-Band ECC is supported. The SBC-377E runs Windows 11 and Linux.
I/O matches the rest of the series. Two Intel 2.5GbE ports use I226LM and I226V controllers. Up to four displays run at once from two HDMI 2.1 outputs, DisplayPort 1.4a through the USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port, LVDS or eDP, and a second eDP 1.5 connector. The rear adds two USB 3.2 Gen 2 and two USB 2.0 ports, and internal headers carry four USB 2.0, three RS-232/422/485 COM ports and four GPI and four GPO. Two M.2 M key sockets on PCIe x4 Gen5 and PCIe x4 Gen4 take NVMe storage with Intel VMD RAID 0 and 1, and an M.2 E key takes an optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.
Power is 12 to 36 V DC on a four-pin wafer or up to 100 W USB Power Delivery through the Type-C port, with AT and ATX modes. Operating temperature is -20 °C to 70 °C, storage is -40 °C to 85 °C, and the board carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the SBC-377E configured and tested, with DDR5 memory, NVMe storage, the OS image and the heat spreader fitted. The SBC-377P steps up to the 16-core Core Ultra X7 358H, and the SBC-375M is the Meteor Lake-H option with a PCIe x1 slot.
