Avalue EZX-EHLP-X13E-A1R 1.8″ Femto-ITX SBC with Intel Atom x6413E, -20 to 60 °C and 4 GB LPDDR4

When the computer has to fit inside a very small enclosure or behind a compact display, every millimetre counts. The EZX-EHLP-X13E-A1R is the Atom x6413E build in the Avalue EZX-EHLP series: a 1.8 inch SBC, also called a 1.8 inch motherboard, measuring 84 x 65 mm with the processor soldered on the bottom layer.

The Intel Atom x6413E is an Elkhart Lake Atom x6000E Series processor from a family rated at 4.5 to 12 W. Memory is 4 GB of single-channel LPDDR4 soldered on board, with 8 GB as a BOM option, so there is no socket to work loose under vibration. Intel UHD Graphics drive a Mini DisplayPort and eDP 1.3, each up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz, for two displays at once, such as a built-in panel and an external screen.

I/O covers one Gigabit Ethernet port on an Intel I210 controller, two USB 3.1 Gen2 ports on a dual-deck Type A connector plus four USB 2.0 on headers, one RS-232/422/485 port and 8-bit GPIO. One M.2 B key (3042/2242, with a bracket to 3052) and a SIM slot takes an NVMe SSD or a WWAN plus GNSS module, over PCIe x1 by default or SATA III, with USB 3.0 signals. The EZX-EHLP-J6412-A1R is the Celeron J6412 build for 0 to 60 °C, and the EZX-EHLP-J6413-A1R is the Celeron J6413 build for 0 to 60 °C.

Power is a single 12 V DC input, with AT or ATX mode set by jumper. The EZX-EHLP-X13E-A1R operates from -20 to 60 °C with 0.5 m/s airflow and stores from -40 to 75 °C. The board weighs 0.3 kg, supports Windows 10 64-bit and Linux, and carries CE and FCC Class B marks.
