Axiomtek eBOX570 Intel Raptor Lake Extended Temperature Fanless Embedded PCs with Dual HDMI

Mobile robots and compact machines put a hard limit on space, heat and power, yet the software running on them keeps growing: navigation stacks, vision pre-processing, fleet clients and HMIs. The Axiomtek eBOX570 series brings 13th Gen Intel Raptor Lake P processors to that space in embedded PCs measuring 120 x 178 x 65 mm, with no fan and a 15 W processor envelope across the range.

Every eBOX570 shares one design. A single DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM slot takes up to 32GB, and one M.2 Key M 2280 socket accepts an NVMe drive on PCIe x4 Gen 3 or a SATA drive, chosen in the BIOS. Networking pairs an Intel I210-IT GbE port with an Intel I219-LM GbE port that supports Intel AMT, both with Wake-on-LAN and PXE boot. Two HDMI 1.4b outputs reach 4096 x 2160 at 30 Hz. Eight USB ports, four USB 3.2 Gen 2, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0, connect cameras, scanners and peripherals, and two RS-232/422/485 ports serve controllers and instruments. A full-size Mini Card slot with SIM and an M.2 Key E 2230 socket for Wi-Fi 6E add wireless, and TPM 2.0 is on board.

The three models differ only in processor. The eBOX570-13P-i7 uses the Intel Core i7-1365UE for the most demanding vision and multi-application loads. The eBOX570-13P-i5 uses the Core i5-1335UE as the balanced choice for HMI, gateway and control. The eBOX570-13P-Cel uses the Intel Processor U300E, which Axiomtek lists as a Celeron, for signage and fixed-function work at lower cost.

All eBOX570 embedded PCs run fanless from -40 to 70 °C with wide-temperature DRAM and SSD, or -40 to 65 °C with standard parts, on a 12 V DC input with over-voltage, over-current and reverse protection. They are tested to IEC 60068-2-64 vibration and IEC 60068-2-27 shock, carry CE, FCC Class A and UKCA marking, weigh 2 kg and support Windows 10 IoT, Windows 11 IoT and Linux, with wall, DIN-rail and VESA kits available. Because every model shares the same housing, ports and power design, a fleet of robots or a signage estate can mix processor tiers by workload while keeping one software image family, one set of cables and one spares list.
