Axiomtek GOT815A-TGL-WCD 15.6″ IP66/IP69K Stainless Steel Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1145G7E and PCAP Touch

In food processing the HMI is hosed down with the line, often with hot water at high pressure, so a sealed front alone is not enough. The GOT815A-TGL-WCD is Axiomtek’s 15.6 inch stainless steel panel PC, with an Intel Core i5-1145G7E, projected capacitive touch and a full SUS 304 stainless steel enclosure sealed to IP66 and IP69K as a whole unit.

The Intel Core i5-1145G7E has one 260-pin DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket for up to 32 GB and a 2.5 inch SATA SSD bay, with TPM 2.0 on board, which suits HMI, recipe and line data software, with Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux and Windows 10 IoT / 11 IoT as optional installs. The display is a WXGA LCD at 1366 x 768 with 400 nits and 170° horizontal and 165° vertical viewing angles, behind a flat bezel with projected capacitive multi-touch. With no ledge around the screen, there is nowhere for food residue to collect.

Every external connection is sealed: one M12 X-coded 2.5GbE port on an Intel I225 controller with Wake-on-LAN and PXE, four M12 A-coded USB 2.0 ports and two M12 A-coded RS-232/422/485 ports. An M.2 Key E 2230 slot takes an optional Wi-Fi kit, and side-mounted buttons handle backlight, brightness and power, with optional proximity and light sensors. The GOT818A-TGL-WCD moves to an 18.5 inch 1920 x 1080 screen, and the GOT821A-TGL-WCD to 21.5 inches.

Power is 12 to 24 V DC on an M12 A-coded connector, at 72 W. The GOT815A-TGL-WCD is fanless, operates from -20 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 95% humidity and is rated NEMA 4, with IP69K sealing tested with an 80 °C spray. It carries CE and FCC Class A marks and meets EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4, and C1D2 certification is available with an optional I/O cover kit. It measures 414.8 x 265.1 x 55 mm, weighs 5.8 kg and mounts on VESA 100.
