The Neousys SEMIL-1321GC-ADA is a fanless military GPU computer with an integrated NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada GPU for target recognition, surveillance analytics and autonomy in military and transport vehicles, cooled through its finned case with no fan to fail. It is part of the SEMIL-1300GC series.
Inside the SEMIL-1321GC-ADA is an LGA1151 socket for Intel Xeon E-2278GE, E-2278GEL or E-2176G, or 9th and 8th Gen Core i7, i5 and i3 processors. The C246 chipset supports AMT 12.0 and TPM 2.0, two SO-DIMM sockets take up to 64 GB of DDR4-2666 with or without ECC, and storage is two internal SATA bays with RAID 0 or 1, an M.2 NVMe socket and two mSATA sockets.
The SEMIL-1321GC-ADA carries four IEEE 802.3at PoE+ GbE ports on M12 X-coded connectors, three USB 3.1 Gen 1 and two M12 USB 2.0 ports, VGA on M12 and a 4K DisplayPort output, two three-wire RS-232 ports on M12, an RS-232/422/485 port and an RS-232 port on DB9, a mic-in and speaker-out jack, two mini PCIe sockets, an M.2 B key socket for 4G or 5G and an M.2 E key socket for Wi-Fi.
Power is 8 to 48 V DC with built-in ignition control. The system runs fanless from -40 °C to 70 °C with a 35 W CPU (to 50 °C with a 65 W CPU at full power), meets MIL-STD-810G for vibration and shock, and carries EN 50121 (the EN 50155 EMC standard) with CE and FCC Class A. Rack and wall mounting are both supported. The SEMIL-1321GC-10G-ADA adds 10GbE, and the SEMIL-1700GC series seals a GPU computer to IP67.
