Premio ACO-6000-CML Intel Comet Lake Core i3 to i9 In-Vehicle Computer System with 8x COM and E-Mark

Some vehicle projects are mostly serial: ticket machines, fare gates, GPS receivers and CAN gateways, plus a disk for logs. The ACO-6000-CML is the Intel Comet Lake Core i3 to i9 in-vehicle computer system with 8x COM and E-Mark in the Premio ACO-6000-CML series, and it covers that list without any modules fitted. Like every model in the range, it is listed with E-Mark and uses power ignition management to start and shut down with the vehicle.

Under the ACO-6000-CML sits an LGA1200 socket on the Intel W480E chipset, taking 10th Gen Comet Lake processors at 35 W or 65 W, from Core i3-10100TE to Core i9-10900E and Xeon W-1290TE. Two DDR4 SODIMM sockets hold up to 64 GB at up to 2933 MHz, with ECC support on Xeon builds, and Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives three independent screens. The ACO-6000-CML suits anything from a Core i3-10100TE for a simple gateway to a Core i9-10900E for video analytics.

With both Universal I/O brackets left free, the ACO-6000-CML keeps its two GbE ports on Intel I219 and I210 controllers and leaves room to add a LAN, PoE, 10GbE, USB or 5G module later. The rest of the I/O stays the same across the range: eight RS-232/422/485 ports, 8 in/8 out isolated DIO, two CAN 2.0 A/B headers, nine USB 3.2 ports, and three 2.5 inch SATA bays with RAID 0, 1 and 5.

Power comes in at 9 to 48 V DC on a terminal block, with a 48 to 110 V DC board on the -110V models, and PC/Car mode and delay time switches set how the ACO-6000-CML follows the ignition. Premio rates it fanless from -25 °C to 70 °C and lists CE, FCC Class A and E-Mark, plus EMC conformity with EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2. If the vehicle needs more network ports from day one, the ACO-6000-CML-4L adds four RJ45 GbE ports and the ACO-6000-CML-5G adds a 5G module.
