FCCBCO-1000-ADLN-N97-2L Overview
Many indoor automation and signage installs need a quiet, low-power box with plenty of USB and serial ports rather than extra network ports. The Premio BCO-1000-ADLN-N97-2L is the two-LAN model of the BCO-1000-ADLN series, a fanless industrial PC with a quad-core Intel N97, dual 2.5GbE, six USB ports and a 2.5-inch drive bay.
The Intel N97 is a four-core, 12 W Alder Lake-N processor, which suits always-on control, data collection and signage playback at low power. One DDR5 4800 SO-DIMM socket takes up to 16 GB. A 128 GB SSD ships in the M.2 B-Key socket (2242, 2280 or 3042, SATA or PCIe x1), and an internal 2.5-inch SATA bay takes a second drive. TPM 2.0 and a watchdog are built in, and Windows 11 and Linux are supported.
Two Intel I225-V 2.5GbE ports sit beside two USB 3.2 Gen 2, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 ports, COM1 for RS-232/422/485 and COM2 for RS-232 on DB9, an 8-line digital I/O terminal block, and line-in, line-out and mic-in. A DisplayPort 1.4a output at 4K 60 Hz and an HDMI 1.4b output drive two independent displays. An M.2 E-Key socket with CNVi takes an optional Intel AX210 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.
Power is 9 to 36 V DC on a terminal block with AT and ATX modes, with an AC/DC adapter optional. The BCO-1000-ADLN-N97-2L runs fanless from 0 °C to 50 °C, is designed to comply with MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration, and carries CE, FCC Class A, UKCA and ICES-003 marks. Wall mounting is standard and a DIN-rail kit is optional. We supply it configured and tested, with memory, storage, the OS image and any Wi-Fi module fitted. The BCO-1000-ADLN-B-N97-3L adds a third 2.5GbE port and a dual SIM socket, and the BCO-500-2L-N97 pairs the same processor with four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports in a semi-rugged, VESA-mountable box.
