KCO-3000-RPL-500W Overview
Edge AI projects often start on a desk machine and then need the same hardware on site, with serial ports and digital I/O. The Premio KCO-3000-RPL-500W is the 500 W build of the KCO-3000-RPL series, an edge AI workstation with dual GPU support, a PCIe Gen5 x16 slot and an internal Flex power supply.
An LGA1700 socket on the Intel Q670E chipset takes 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Intel Core i3, i5, i7 and i9 processors at 35 W or 65 W, and four DDR4 DIMM sockets hold up to 128 GB. The GPU AVL lists the NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell, RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell SFF, RTX PRO 2000 Blackwell, RTX 4000 Ada, RTX 4000 SFF Ada and RTX 2000 Ada, so the KCO-3000-RPL-500W can run one or two cards from that list for inference. TPM 2.0, UEFI Secure Boot and Intel AMT are supported.
Expansion covers one PCIe x16 Gen5 slot, one x16 slot with four Gen4 lanes and two open-ended PCIe x4 slots. Two M.2 M key NVMe sockets and four SATA III ports with RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10 cover storage, with room for one 3.5″ or two 2.5″ drives, and an M.2 E key takes optional Wi-Fi. I/O includes one 2.5GbE and one GbE port, a 20 Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C port, six USB 3.2 Gen 2, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and four USB 2.0 ports, four DP++ outputs, six COM ports and 4-in/4-out digital I/O.
Power comes from the internal 500 W Flex supply on 100 to 240 V AC through an IEC C14 inlet. CPU and system fans behind a tool-less washable dust filter keep it within a 0 °C to 50 °C operating range, and it is UL listed to UL 62368-1 with CE, FCC and UKCA marks, with rack-mount brackets available. We supply the KCO-3000-RPL-500W configured and tested, with memory, storage, GPU cards and a Windows 11 or Linux image fitted. The KCO-2000-RPL is a more compact unit with a 250 W supply, and the KCO-6000-ARL moves to Intel Core Ultra Series 2 with an NPU.
