Sintrones ABOX-5221P-IP66 Intel Bartlett Lake IP66 Waterproof Computer with 4x M12 PoE+ and 10GbE

Outdoor camera sites usually put the PoE switch and recorder in a cabinet, then run cables out to the poles. The Sintrones ABOX-5221P-IP66 is the PoE+ waterproof computer in the ABOX-5221-IP66 series that can sit out with the cameras, powering four of them over sealed M12 connectors and sending their streams on over 10GbE.

Compute is an Intel Core 9 273PTE, Core 7 251TE or Core 5 221TE (Intel Core Series 2) on the R680E chipset, with up to 96 GB of ECC-capable DDR5-5600 and TPM 2.0. Intel UHD Graphics 700 Series drives two HDMI 2.0b outputs at up to 3840 x 2160 and handles video decode and lighter inference without a discrete card. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC and Ubuntu 26.04 LTS are supported.

The four Intel I226IT 2.5GbE ports deliver PoE+ at 25.5 W each from a 120 W budget, and two Marvell AQC113 10GbE ports carry the streams upstream, all on sealed M12 X-coded connectors. Two RS-232/422/485 ports and eight digital inputs and eight outputs use M12 A-coded connectors, and two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports cover service access. An M.2 Key B slot takes 4G or 5G with dual nano SIM, an M.2 Key E slot takes Wi-Fi, GNSS or a CAN bus module and two full-size Mini PCIe sockets add further options, with three M.2 2280 SSD slots and two 2.5-inch SATA bays for storage.

Power is 18 to 60 V DC (nominal 24 V or 48 V) on an M12 K-coded connector, with ignition detection and over-current, over-voltage, surge and reverse-polarity protection. The ABOX-5221P-IP66 runs fanless from -40 °C to 70 °C with 0.6 m/s airflow in an IP66 aluminium enclosure, is tested to MIL-STD-810H for shock and vibration and carries EN 50155, EN 45545-2 (R25) and E-Mark compliance. Elsewhere in the Sintrones series, the ABOX-5221PG-IP66 adds an MXM GPU to this build and the ABOX-5221-IP66 runs without PoE.
