FCCECX-3071X Overview
Several high-resolution cameras on 2.5GbE add up quickly, and the uplink to storage or a server can become the bottleneck. The ECX-3071X adds two 10GbE ports for that uplink beside four 2.5GbE PoE+ camera ports. It is the 10GbE industrial PC in the Vecow ECX-3000 series, with an internal fan to cool the extra controller.
The ECX-3071X runs 12th Gen Intel Core i9, i7, i5 and i3 Alder Lake-S processors on the Intel R680E chipset, up to the 16-core Core i9-12900E at 65 W TDP, with two DDR4 3200 MHz SO-DIMMs for up to 64 GB, ECC or non-ECC. Intel UHD Graphics 770 drives four independent displays over two DisplayPort, DVI-I and HDMI, and vPro, TSN and TPM 2.0 support remote management, deterministic networking and secure boot.
Networking on the ECX-3071X is eight ports: two Intel X710-AT2 10GbE ports, four 2.5GbE IEEE 802.3at PoE+ ports at 25.5 W each, one 2.5GbE port with TSN and one GbE port with iAMT. Storage sits inside on an M.2 Key M PCIe x4 socket or mSATA. Six USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two COM ports, 16 isolated DIO, a Mini PCIe socket, M.2 Key B and Key E sockets and two external SIM sockets cover field I/O and 4G, 5G or Wi-Fi modules.
The industrial PC runs on 9 V to 50 V DC through a terminal block or 4-pin Mini-DIN, with 16-mode software ignition control for vehicle installs. With its internal fan the 10GbE build is rated from 0 °C to 50 °C, with IEC 60068 shock and vibration testing and EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 EMC listings. The 260 x 175 x 79 mm, 3.8 kg Vecow chassis wall-mounts, with DIN-rail and 2U rack kits optional. For removable drives, see the ECX-3071XR.
