Vecow ICS-1660-2752TER 12-Core Intel Xeon D-2752TER GPU Edge Server with Six PCIe Slots, 10G SFP+ and Wide Temperature

Robotic control and public security systems often combine GPUs with capture, network and I/O cards, so the slot count matters as much as the bandwidth, and on vehicles the supply is DC. The Vecow ICS-1660-2752TER, part of the ICS-1000 series, is a GPU edge server for that work: a 12-core Xeon D-2752TER system with six PCIe x16 slots, four with PCIe 4.0 x8 signal, one with x8 and one with x2.

The ICS-1660-2752TER runs a 12-core, 24-thread Intel Xeon D-2752TER at 77 W TDP, which Intel lists as an Ice Lake-D part, with Intel QAT for compression and encryption offload, vPro and TPM 2.0. Eight DDR4 2933 DIMM sockets take UDIMM or RDIMM up to 512 GB. An 1800 W power budget supports two 2-slot, full-length graphics cards at up to 900 W each, so the CPU can handle data movement while the GPUs run inference. Vecow lists Windows Server and Linux.

Networking is four Intel I350 GbE ports and two 10G SFP+ ports from the Xeon SoC, which Vecow supports under Windows Server. I/O covers four RS-232/422/485 ports, two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, 16 isolated DIO (eight in, eight out), VGA and a nano SIM socket. M.2 B and E key sockets take optional 5G, 4G or Wi-Fi modules. Storage is an M.2 M key SSD, two front-access 2.5″ trays and two SATA III ports with RAID 0 and 1. A dedicated out-of-band port, powered by Allxon, allows remote power on, off, reset and cycle.

Power is 16 to 50 V DC on a four-pin terminal block. A 16-mode software ignition control and a remote switch are included, and the fan-cooled ICS-1660-2752TER runs from -25 °C to 45 °C. Vibration and shock are rated to MIL-STD-810G, and Vecow lists CE, FCC and ICES, with EMC to EN 50155 and EN 50121-3-2 requirements. It wall mounts with brackets. The ICS-1660-2876NT uses the 16-core Xeon D-2876NT, the ICS-1660A-2752TER is the AC version, and the ICS-1640-2752TER has two slots with full PCIe 4.0 x16 signal among four PCIe x16 slots.
