Vecow NAC-1000-R64 NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB IP66 Rugged Computer with 275 TOPS, Isolated CAN FD and -25 to 75 °C

An autonomous machine on a building site carries a lot of software: perception across several cameras, localisation, planning and safety monitoring, all running at once. The Vecow NAC-1000-R64 is the 64GB build of the NAC-1000 series, an IP66 rugged computer on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB, rated at up to 275 TOPS and based on NVIDIA Nova Orin with support for Isaac Perceptor on Isaac ROS.

The module carries a 12-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU, a 2048-core Ampere GPU with 64 Tensor Cores, two NVDLA engines and 64 GB of LPDDR5. Against the 32GB build, the extra memory and cores give room for larger models and more simultaneous streams without trimming the stack. A Bosch six-axis IMU, magnetometer and altimeter are on board for localisation. We supply the NAC-1000-R64 with Ubuntu 22.04 and JetPack 6, the NVMe SSD and optional 5G, 4G, RTK GPS or Wi-Fi modules with antennas fitted and tested.

Cameras connect through eight FAKRA-Z inputs for GMSL1 or GMSL2. Four Gigabit PoE+ ports on M12 X-coded connectors deliver 25.5 W each, alongside a 1000BASE-T1 single-pair Ethernet port. For the machine side there are two isolated CAN FD ports, 12 isolated digital I/O and an M12 COM port for RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485, plus two USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C ports and HDMI 2.1 at up to 4K at 60 Hz. Storage is NVMe on M.2 Key M with 64 GB of eMMC and micro SD, and two M.2 Key B sockets with two SIM slots and an M.2 Key E socket handle wireless. A PCIe x8 slot is optional by request.

Input is 9 to 50 V DC on an M23 connector with 16-mode software ignition control. The fanless unit is rated from -25 °C to 75 °C without PoE load, or to 60 °C with 60 W of PoE load, with MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration testing. The NAC-1000-R32 offers the same I/O at 32 GB, and the RAC-1000-R64 brings IP67 to the 64GB module.
