Winmate D140-H 14″ Rugged Tablet PC with Core i5-1235U and 800 Nit Optically Bonded Display

A tablet used across yards, loading bays and bright factory halls needs a screen that stays readable when the light is against it. The D140-H is Winmate’s 14 inch rugged tablet PC for that, with an 800 nit 14″ 1920 x 1080 optically bonded display, an Intel Core i5-1235U and an IP65 magnesium alloy housing. Winmate names field service, inspection, factory and mission-critical work as its uses.

The Core i5-1235U is a 12th Gen Alder Lake processor running at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics. One memory slot holds 8 GB as standard with up to 32 GB available, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options from 256 GB to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is fitted, SOTI MobiControl is supported for device management, and the tablet runs Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC. The panel pairs 800 nits with 1000:1 contrast and wide viewing angles, under projected capacitive multi-touch, with a built-in stylus holder for left or right hand use.

Four USB 3.2 Type-A ports, two USB-C ports with power delivery and display output, and one Gigabit LAN port cover scanners and wired networks. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built in, and 4G LTE and an 8 MP autofocus rear camera are optional. The D140 is the same 14 inch tablet with a 500 nit screen in an ABS composite housing, and the M140TG is the 14 inch Tiger Lake model with a hot-swappable battery and a docking connector.

The magnesium alloy housing carries all-around elastomeric rubber, is sealed to IP65 and is tested to MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 for shock and a 4 ft drop, and Method 514.6 for vibration. A fan cools the processor, and the D140-H operates from -20 °C to 60 °C. Its 73.03 Wh battery runs for around eight hours and charges from the supplied 20 V USB-C adapter and power cord, and a stand with integrated handle or a top handle is optional. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with Windows installed, and tested, ready to deploy.
