Winmate FM07P 7″ Forklift Computer with Intel Apollo Lake Celeron N3350 or Pentium N4200 and MIL-STD-810G

Forklift terminals take knocks, cold-store condensation and the voltage swings of a truck battery, and drivers need a screen they can read at a glance. The FM07P is Winmate’s 7 inch forklift computer for Windows fleets, with an Intel Celeron N3350 as standard or an Intel Pentium N4200 as an option, and a 7″ 1024 x 600 PCAP touch screen. Winmate names fleet management, logistics and warehouse operations as its intended uses.

Memory is one DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM, 4 GB as standard with 8 GB as an option, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows or Linux Ubuntu 20.04 are available. The 1000 nit display has 700:1 contrast, and five programmable function keys sit below it. That suits the FM07P to picking screens, terminal emulation and browser-based warehouse management clients.

I/O covers one Gigabit LAN port on an M12 connector, two USB ports, two COM ports, two CANBus ports and three digital inputs with three digital outputs. WLAN, Bluetooth and GPS/GLONASS are built in, with 4G/LTE as an option. Within the Winmate range the FM07 is the same 7 inch computer with a fully IP65 housing and five-in, three-out DIDO, and the FM10Q9 is a 10.4″ Android terminal with a Qualcomm QCS6490 for fleets moving to Android apps.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC with ignition control and a 35 W maximum, with an isolated power solution as an option for trucks with noisy supplies. The fanless unit is IP65 at the front, compliant with MIL-STD-810G Method 516.6 shock and Method 514.6 vibration, and runs from -20 to 60 °C. RAM mounting is standard with VESA as an option, and it carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the FM07P configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
