Winmate FM10MG-V 10.4″ IP65 Android Vehicle Mount Terminal with MediaTek Genio 510 and 10 to 60V DC

Most forklift terminals spend the shift on one picking or warehouse management screen, and what matters is that they keep running through knocks, cold stores and battery swaps. The FM10MG-V is Winmate’s 10.4 inch IP65 Android vehicle mount terminal for that work, a one-piece unit built around a MediaTek Genio 510. Winmate names warehouse logistics, fleet management and forklift operations as its intended uses.

The MediaTek Genio 510 pairs two Arm Cortex-A78 and four Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz with 4 GB of memory, 64 GB of storage and a microSD slot. Android 13 is standard, with Linux Yocto 5.10 with Qt 5.15 or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 as options. The 10.4″ 1024 x 768 PCAP display runs at 400 nits, with 800 nits as an option, 1200:1 contrast and 88 degree viewing angles, and works with hands, a stylus or gloves. Six programmable function buttons sit beside the screen, and the front and rear modules are replaceable to keep servicing simple. That suits the FM10MG-V to Android picking and dispatch apps shared with handheld scanners.

I/O covers a Gigabit LAN port that can be specified as 30 W 802.3at PSE for a camera, USB 2.0 Type-C OTG and Type-A ports and two RS-232/422/485 ports on DB9, with optional CANBus and either audio or two-in, two-out DIDO. WLAN and Bluetooth are built in, with 4G/LTE and GPS/GLONASS as options. Within the Winmate range the FM10E-V is the 10.4 inch IP65 terminal with an Intel Atom x6425E for Windows fleets, and the FM10Q9 is a 10.4″ Android tablet and dock with a Qualcomm QCS6490 and Android 15.

Power is 10 to 60 V DC with ignition control, covering 12, 24 and 48 V vehicles, and an optional UPS battery gives 20 minutes of backup. The aluminium housing is rated IP65 and IK07, is compliant with MIL-STD-810H Methods 516.8 and 514.8, runs from -30 to 60 °C and fits VESA mounts. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the FM10MG-V configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
