Winmate IRDRW500 Intel Core i5-1335U Fanless DIN-Rail Box PC with 9 to 36V DC

Inspection and automation projects increasingly want inference beside the machine, in the same cabinet as the PLC and the drives. The IRDRW500 is Winmate’s fanless DIN-rail box PC for that, with a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1335U, four 2.5GbE ports and an optional Hailo-8 AI module, rated -20 to 60 °C.

The Core i5-1335U runs at up to 4.4 GHz with Intel Iris Xe graphics and one DDR5 SO-DIMM slot, 8 GB as standard and 16 or 32 GB as options. Storage is an NVMe SSD on an M.2 2280 M-key slot, 128 GB as standard with options to 4 TB, and RAID 0 or 1 support is optional. An optional Hailo-8 module of up to 26 TOPS fits the M.2 E-key slot instead of Wi-Fi, which typically suits AI-assisted defect inspection and people or object detection on a few camera streams. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04.

The IRDRW500 has four 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 and one USB 2.0 port, four isolated RS-232/422/485 ports (two on a terminal block, two on DB9), isolated digital I/O with eight inputs and eight outputs, and mic and line-out audio. Two HDMI 2.0b outputs are optional, and an M.2 B-key slot takes an optional 4G or 5G module. Within the Winmate range the NTDRW100 uses the same DIN-rail design with an NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, and the IBDRW100-EL is a lower-power DIN-rail box PC with an Intel Celeron N6211.

Power is an isolated 9 to 36 V DC input on a three-pin terminal block, with an AC adapter optional. Vibration is tested to MIL-STD-810H Method 514.8, with shock testing optional. DIN-rail mounting is standard, with mini DIN-rail or wall mounting optional. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the IRDRW500 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
