Winmate M140TGT 14″ Industrial Tablet with Intel Core i5-1135G7, IP65 and MIL-STD-810H

Where a tablet is shared across a shift or used to approve work on site, a smart card often controls who can sign in. The M140TGT is Winmate’s 14 inch industrial tablet with that reader built in, alongside an Intel Core i5-1135G7, a 14″ optically bonded display, IP65 sealing and a hot-swappable battery. Winmate builds the M140 range for industrial and field applications that need durability and performance.

The Core i5-1135G7 is an 11th Gen Tiger Lake processor running at 2.4 GHz with turbo to 4.2 GHz and Intel Iris Xe graphics. Memory is 8 GB as standard with 16 GB or 32 GB optional, and storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 2 TB, plus a micro SDXC slot. TPM 2.0 is fitted, SOTI MobiControl is supported, and the tablet runs Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC. The 14 inch screen shows 1920 x 1080 at 700 nits with optical bonding and anti-glare treatment under projected capacitive multi-touch.

The smart card reader supports ISO 7816 cards with T=0 and T=1 protocols. A Gigabit LAN port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports and a USB-C port with 20 V power delivery in sit on the tablet, with an optional micro HDMI output and a 19-pin docking connector. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built in; GPS and GLONASS, 4G LTE, 5G and HF RFID are optional. The M140TG is the same 14 inch tablet with the smart card reader as an option, and the D140 is the 14 inch model with a 12th Gen Core i5-1235U.

The M140TGT is sealed to IP65 and tested to MIL-STD-810H Methods 516.8 and 514.8 for shock, vibration and a 4 ft drop. A fan cools it from -20 °C to 60 °C. An internal battery plus a hot-swappable pack give around eight hours, or around 12 hours with the optional larger pack, and power comes from a 19 V adapter or USB-C. A kickstand is optional. We supply it configured, with Windows installed, and tested, ready to deploy.
