Winmate M270TF-MIL 27″ 4K Defence Monitor with MIL-STD-810H, MIL-STD-461 and PCAP Touch

Defence consoles and control rooms increasingly feed 4K video and imagery to their operators, and the screen has to meet the programme’s environmental and EMC requirements. The M270TF-MIL is Winmate’s 27 inch 4K UHD chassis defence display for this, with a 3840 x 2160 panel, AR glass, five video inputs and a fanless, ventless metal housing with an aluminium bezel. Winmate names video display, control rooms and on-site operations as its uses.

The 27″ LCD shows 3840 x 2160 at 400 nits as standard, with a 700 nit panel as an option, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 1.07 billion colours and 178° viewing angles. AR glass is fitted as standard and the screen is impact resistant. Projected capacitive multi-touch is optional, as is EMI touch or EMI glass for installations that need it, so specify touch at order if operators will interact with the screen.

VGA, DVI and DisplayPort 1.2 inputs are standard, with two HDMI 2.0 inputs as an option, so the M270TF-MIL connects to existing imaging systems as well as newer 4K sources. A USB port for touch and an RS-232 port for remote control are optional. The M320TF-MIL is the 32 inch version of this 4K chassis display, and the W22L100-67N1-NI is a 21.5 inch full IP67 display with an NVIS mode for exposed positions.

Power is 24 V DC, and Winmate supplies an AC adapter with a power convert cable, power cord, VGA, dual link DVI and COM cables and VESA screws. Winmate lists MIL-STD-461G testing (CE101, CE102, RE101, RE102 and CS118) and MIL-STD-810H testing for vibration (Method 514.6), humidity (Method 507.6) and transit drop (Method 516.6), and TEMPEST builds to NSA NSTISSAM TEMPEST/1-92 or NATO SDIP-27 are optional. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, cools without a fan, mounts on VESA holes and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured and tested for your console.
