Screens fitted near windows, under strong factory lighting or in bright kiosks can look washed out when the panel only offers standard brightness. The R08T200-OFT1HB is Winmate’s 8.4 inch open frame monitor built for those installs: an 800 x 600 SVGA display at 1000 nits in a metal enclosure, ready for panel or VESA mounting inside a machine or cabinet.
Winmate describes it as a high brightness display. Alongside the 1000 nit backlight the panel offers a 600:1 contrast ratio, 16.2 million colours and viewing angles of 160° horizontally and 140° vertically, so the picture holds up for operators standing to one side. One USB port is provided for a touch screen; confirm the touch configuration with us when ordering.
Video comes in over one VGA input, with HDMI and DVI inputs as options, so the monitor pairs with PLCs, controllers and embedded PCs. A five-key OSD panel handles settings, and an optional 3.5 mm audio line-in with two speakers is available. For indoor lighting the R08T100-OFA1 is the 250 nit open frame model, and the R05T100-OFD1HB offers a smaller 5.7 inch high brightness screen at 900 nits.
Power is 12 V DC, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter and power cord supplied. The R08T200-OFT1HB is fanless, operates from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% non-condensing humidity and stores from -10 to 60 °C. It measures 251.2 x 174.8 x 49 mm and takes panel mounting or 75 x 75 mm VESA mounting. Winmate names industrial visualisation, control rooms and equipment monitoring as target applications.
