Winmate R10IAN3S-OFP1 10.4″ Open Frame Panel PC with Quad-Core Intel N150 and Resistive Touch

Machine builders who design their own front panel often want the display and the computer as one module that drops into the enclosure, rather than a separate monitor and box PC. The R10IAN3S-OFP1 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch open frame panel PC for that kind of build: a 10.4″ 800 x 600 display rated at 600 nits with 1200:1 contrast, driven by a quad-core Intel N150, with resistive touch or plain protection glass as options. Winmate lists machine control, factory automation and operator HMI as its targets.

Compute comes from the Intel Processor N150, a quad-core Twin Lake part at up to 3.6 GHz with 6 MB cache, matched to one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM (8 GB standard, 16 GB optional) and a 128 GB SSD with options to 2 TB. That is usually a good fit for HMI software and dashboards. TPM 2.0 is on board, with Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 available.

I/O sits on the rear: two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, and one RS-232/422/485 plus one RS-232 port on DB9 for PLCs and scanners. HDMI 2.0b is optional, as is Wi-Fi through an M.2 2230 E-key slot. The R10L600-OFP1 is the open frame monitor with an 800 x 600, 600 nit panel and no computer inside, and the R10IAN3S-OFT2 is the open frame N150 model with a 1024 x 768 display at 500 nits.

As an open frame unit it builds into an OEM enclosure or machine housing, with panel and VESA mounting as options. A 100 to 240 V AC adapter is supplied for the 12 V DC input. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, with CE and FCC marks. We supply the R10IAN3S-OFP1 configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
