Winmate R10IE3S-CHA1WT 10.4″ Chassis Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and Wide Temperature

A VESA-mounted HMI in a cold store, a loading bay or an unheated plant room needs to start reliably below freezing. The R10IE3S-CHA1WT is Winmate’s 10.4 inch chassis panel PC for those sites, with a 10.4″ 800 x 600 display at 400 nits, an Intel Celeron N6211 and an operating range of -20 to 60 °C.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is a low-power Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, which suits a single HMI screen, a data entry form or a status display. Memory is DDR4 on one SO-DIMM, 4 GB as standard with 8 or 16 GB as options. A 128 GB SSD is standard on an M.2 2242 B-key SATA slot, with larger options and an optional 2.5″ SATA III drive. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied on the R10IE3S-CHA1WT.

Connections include two 2.5GbE ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port (RS-232 by default) and one RS-232 port for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, and two speakers. HDMI 2.0 is optional for a second screen and an M.2 2230 E-key slot takes optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Within the Winmate range the R10IE3S-IPA1WT is the front IP65 panel mount version with the same screen and temperature range, and the R10IAN3S-CHA1WT keeps this chassis with an Intel N150.

Power is 12 V DC on a barrel jack, with a 100 to 240 V AC adapter rated at 50 W and a power cord supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from -20 to 60 °C at 30 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -25 to 65 °C. It mounts on VESA arms, walls or stands, with VESA screws in the box. It carries CE and FCC marks. We supply the R10IE3S-CHA1WT configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
