Winmate R10IE3S-PPT2 10.4″ Panel Mount HMI with Intel Celeron N6211 and PCAP Touch

An HMI built into a control cabinet door or a machine panel needs a slim body behind the cut-out and a front that seals against the panel. The R10IE3S-PPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4″ PP series HMI for that kind of installation: a fanless 10.4 inch panel PC in a slim metal housing, panel mounted with clips as standard and sealed to IP65 at the front, for industrial control, room scheduling and interactive displays.

It runs an Intel Celeron N6211, a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP. Memory is 4 GB of DDR4 as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD in an M.2 2242 B-key SATA slot with options up to 2 TB, an optional SATA III bay takes a 2.5″ drive, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional through an M.2 E-key slot.

The 10.4 inch display is 1024 x 768 at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast and PCAP multi-touch. I/O includes two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port, one RS-232 port, an optional HDMI 2.0 output and two speakers. The R10IAN3S-PPT2 is the same 10.4 inch PP design with a newer quad-core Intel N150, and the R10IAD3S-PPT2 is the version with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 for heavier software.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and Winmate supplies an AC adapter, a power cord, VESA screws and mounting clips. The R10IE3S-PPT2 operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. VESA mounting is an option where the unit sits on an arm instead of in a panel. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
