Winmate R10IT3S-IPT2 10.4″ Front IP65 Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1135G7 and 1024 x 768 Display

A small operator panel on a machine or conveyor still has to cope with splashes, dust and regular cleaning at the front, while the electronics behind it stay dry in the cabinet. The R10IT3S-IPT2 is Winmate’s 10.4 inch answer: a fanless panel PC with a front IP65 rating, an Intel Core i5-1135G7 and a 350 nit 1024 x 768 display with 1000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles.

The Intel Core i5-1135G7 runs at up to 4.2 GHz, with an i5-1145G7 as an option, and sits alongside one DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket fitted with 4 GB and options to 32 GB. Storage is a 128 GB SSD on an M.2 M-key socket that takes a 2242 SATA or 2280 NVMe drive, with NVMe options up to 4 TB and an optional SATA III drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. Resistive touch is available as an option, or plain protection glass where the panel only displays information.

I/O sits on the rear: two Gigabit LAN ports on Intel Ethernet controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and one RS-232 port for PLCs, scanners and serial instruments, an optional HDMI 2.0 output for a second screen and two speakers. An M.2 2230 E-key slot takes an optional Wi-Fi module, with Bluetooth also available. The R10IT3S-PMT2 is the same computer without the front IP65 rating, and the R12IT3S-IPM2 moves up to a 12.1 inch, 500 nit screen.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm jack, and a 100 to 240 V AC 120 W adapter is supplied. The fanless metal housing runs from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, which suits indoor control cabinets and machine enclosures. It measures 284 x 234 x 56 mm, needs a 262 x 203 mm cut-out and weighs 2.4 kg; mounting clips are supplied for panel mounting, with VESA and open frame mounting also supported. It carries CE and FCC marks.
