FCCR10L100-PCT2-POE Overview
Adding a touch screen to a machine or a wall often stalls on the power supply rather than the display, because the nearest socket is metres away. The R10L100-PCT2-POE is Winmate’s 10.4 inch PoE chassis monitor, built to take its power from the network cable you are already running to the site.
The panel is a 10.4 inch 4:3 LCD at 1024 x 768 with 350 nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast and 88° viewing in every direction, which keeps 4:3 HMI and SCADA screens readable from either side of a workstation. Projected capacitive multi-touch reports to the host over USB, so operators get light, phone-style touch, and protection glass is available as an option where the front needs extra cover.
Power arrives over the LAN port from any PoE switch or injector, as an IEEE 802.3at (25 W) or 802.3af (15 W) powered device, so one network cable replaces a local power supply. Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI listed as an option, and optional speakers can be fitted. Five front keys drive the on-screen menu. For a larger 4:3 screen on the same PoE design, the R12L100-PCM2-POE moves to 12.1 inches at 500 nits, and the W10L100-PCH2-POE offers a 10.1 inch widescreen.
The fanless metal enclosure measures 252.41 x 197.8 x 43.8 mm and has a front IP65 rating, so the face of the monitor copes with splashes and dust. It mounts on a VESA arm or into a panel, and runs from 0 to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity. The monitor carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names industrial visualisation, control rooms and equipment monitoring as typical uses.
