Every extra cable in a kiosk or machine is another part to route, secure and fail. The R10L100-POT2-C is Winmate’s 10.4 inch open frame display that needs just one: a USB Type-C connector carrying video, touch and power, driving a 1024 x 768 panel with projected capacitive touch.
The 10.4 inch LCD runs at 1024 x 768 with 350 nits, a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 16.2M colours and 176° viewing angles. The PCAP multi-touch screen gives the light tap and swipe users expect from phones, and protection glass is available as an option. Five keys on the rear control the on-screen display, so brightness and settings can be changed without software on the host.
Power comes from USB Type-C Alt mode at 5 V / 3 A, so a host with a suitable USB-C port drives the monitor without a separate supply. Two speakers can be added as an option. Winmate offers standard, lockable and waterproof USB-C cables, so the single connection can be secured where the kiosk is knocked or cleaned. The R15L100-POC3-C offers the same single-cable PCAP approach at 15 inches, and the R10L100-OFT2 keeps a VGA input with optional resistive or SAW touch.
The frame measures 260 x 215.1 x 50 mm, mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA holes or in a panel using its eight mounting tabs, and cools without a fan. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C. It carries CE and FCC marks, and Winmate names industrial visualisation, control rooms and equipment monitoring as applications.
