Winmate R12IE3S-PMM2 12.1″ Panel Mount Panel PC with Intel Celeron N6211 and 500 Nit XGA Screen

A 12.1 inch screen gives room for process graphics and alarm lists, and building it into the control panel keeps cabling inside the enclosure. The R12IE3S-PMM2 is Winmate’s 12.1 inch panel mount panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N6211 computer and a 1024 x 768 screen at 500 nits in a metal housing with a flat bezel and mounting clips.

The Intel Celeron N6211 is an Elkhart Lake processor running at up to 3.0 GHz, with the Celeron N6210 as an option. One DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM socket takes 4 GB as standard and 8 GB or 16 GB as options, and storage is a 128 GB M.2 2242 SSD with a 2.5 inch SATA bay available. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 22.04 can be supplied. The panel runs at 500 nits with 1000:1 contrast and 178° viewing angles, with resistive touch or protection glass on the front.

Connections are two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2×1 ports, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port and an optional HDMI 2.0 output, with an M.2 E-key slot for a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module. The R12IE3S-CHM2 is the VESA chassis version with a front IP65 rating, and the R10IE3S-PMT2 is the 10.4 inch panel mount model for smaller doors.

Power is 12 V DC on a 2.5 mm jack, with a 12 V, 50 W AC adapter supplied. The R12IE3S-PMM2 is fanless, operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity and carries CE and FCC marks. It measures 324 x 274 x 57 mm, weighs 2.6 kg and fits a panel cut-out with the supplied clips or mounts on 75 x 75 mm VESA. Please confirm the exact cut-out with us before machining a panel.
