Winmate R12T600-IPL1 12.1″ Front IP65 Monitor with Resistive Touch and SVGA LCD

Older machines and HMI applications are often built around an 800 x 600 screen, and a replacement has to match that resolution while sealing at the front. The R12T600-IPL1 is Winmate’s 12.1 inch industrial monitor for that job: an SVGA panel, with front IP65 protection against dust and low-pressure water jets in a fanless design. It connects to a separate industrial computer or controller and fits into cabinets, racks and fixtures.

The 12.1″ 800 x 600 panel runs at 450 nits with 700:1 contrast and 160 degree horizontal and 140 degree vertical viewing angles, which suits indoor control panels and machine fronts. The 4:3 format matches many existing HMI and SCADA screen layouts. Resistive touch is fitted as standard, and it works with gloved fingers or a stylus. SAW touch or a plain protection glass without touch can be specified instead.

Video comes in over VGA as standard, with HDMI or DVI inputs as options. Touch connects over a single USB port. Set-up is through a five-key OSD. An audio line-in and two speakers are optional, as is a remote controller. The R12L600-IPM2 is the 12.1 inch front IP65 model with a 1024 x 768 panel at 500 nits, and the R12T600-OFL1HB is the 12.1 inch open frame model with a 1000 nit panel.

The 12.1 inch monitor is rated IP65 at the front and is listed for panel and VESA mounting. It runs from 12 V DC, with a 24 V DC input as an option, and a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, power cord and VGA and HDMI cables are supplied. It operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -10 °C to 60 °C, and it carries CE and FCC marks.
