Winmate R15IAD3S-65C3 15″ Full IP65 Stainless Panel PC with Intel Core i5-1235U and M12 Connectors

Food processing and chemical plants clean their HMIs often, and a housing sealed only at the front can let water reach the rear. The R15IAD3S-65C3 is Winmate’s 15 inch stainless steel panel PC sealed to full IP65, in a fanless housing with anti-corrosion treatment, built around a 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U.

The Core i5-1235U is a 10-core, 12-thread Alder Lake processor at up to 4.4 GHz with a 15 W TDP and Intel Iris Xe graphics, typically enough for HMI and SCADA clients alongside line data software. One DDR5 SO-DIMM holds 8 GB as standard with options to 32 GB, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options to 4 TB, plus an optional SATA III bay for a 2.5″ drive up to 2 TB. TPM 2.0 is on board, and Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed. The 15″ screen is a 1024 x 768 panel at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, offered with 5-wire resistive touch or anti-reflection protection glass without touch, and optical bonding with anti-moisture treatment as an option.

Every connection is sealed: 12 V DC power, two USB 2.0 ports on one M12 connector and one RS-232 port on M12, plus a waterproof Gigabit LAN RJ45 connector. An AC adapter with a waterproof connector, external USB, COM and LAN cables and waterproof caps are supplied. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional. The R15IAD3S-SPC3 is the same 15 inch size in SUS 316 stainless steel with PCAP touch, and the R15IE3S-65C3 is the earlier version of this full IP65 design with an Intel Celeron N6211.

The R15IAD3S-65C3 runs fanless from 0 °C to 45 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, and stores from -20 °C to 60 °C. It mounts on VESA as standard, with a yoke mount as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
