Winmate R15IB3S-VMC3(HB) 15″ Rugged Vehicle Mount Panel PC with Intel Celeron N2930 and Front IP65

A vehicle terminal often needs more than a screen: it has to read vehicle signals, talk to on-board networks and stay readable when the cab faces the sun. The R15IB3S-VMC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15 inch G-WIN vehicle mount panel PC: a fanless Intel Celeron N2930 computer and a 1024 x 768 screen in an aluminium housing with an IP65 front and a DIO or CAN bus terminal.

The Intel Celeron N2930 runs at 1.83 GHz with bursts to 2.16 GHz, with one DDR3L-1600 SO-DIMM fitted with 4 GB and an 8 GB option. Storage is a 128 GB mSATA SSD with 256 GB and 512 GB options, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise or Ubuntu 20.04 can be supplied. The 15 inch panel runs at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, and a 1000 nit sunlight-readable panel and resistive touch are options. Front keys cover key lock, auto or manual dimming, day and night modes and brightness, with an light sensor for automatic dimming.

Two Gigabit Ethernet ports on Intel controllers sit alongside one USB 3.2 Gen 1 and one USB 2.0 port, one RS-232/422/485 and one RS-232 port and an optional HDMI 1.4 output. A terminal block gives either four digital inputs and four outputs or two CAN bus channels. A Mini-PCIe slot takes Wi-Fi, and WWAN is an option. The R15IK3S-VMC3(HB) is the same vehicle mount format with an Intel Core i5, and the R15IB3S-67C3(HB) is the full IP67 model.

Power arrives on a 3-pin terminal block, and 6 to 60 V DC input and ignition on/off delay are options; please confirm the standard input range with us, as the datasheet gives two figures. The R15IB3S-VMC3(HB) is fanless, operates from -10 °C to 55 °C and is designed to meet EN 50155, with vibration tested to MIL-STD-810G. It carries CE and FCC marks, measures 398 x 308 x 58 mm, weighs 4.2 kg and mounts on 100 x 100 mm VESA or a yoke stand.
