Winmate R15IE3S-EHC3 15″ PCAP Touch HMI with Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 and XGA Display

Machine builders fitting a 15 inch HMI into an enclosure door usually want a 4:3 screen that matches existing HMI pages, a front that seals to the panel, and enough network ports to reach both the machine and the plant network. The R15IE3S-EHC3 is Winmate’s 15″ E series HMI for manufacturing, logistics and smart factories: a fanless 15 inch panel PC, panel mounted as standard, with a front sealed to IP65.

It runs an Intel Celeron N6211, a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP. Memory is 4 GB of DDR4 as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 2 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 22.04 can be installed, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are optional through an M.2 E-key slot.

The 15 inch display is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits with 2000:1 contrast, 176 degree viewing angles and PCAP multi-touch. I/O covers two 2.5GbE ports on Intel controllers, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, one RS-232/422/485 port and an optional HDMI 2.0 output. The R15IAN3S-EHC3 is the same 15 inch E series design with a newer Intel N150, and the R15MG3S-EHC3 is the version with an Arm-based MediaTek Genio 510.

Power is 12 V DC on a DC jack, and Winmate supplies an AC adapter, a power cord, VESA screws and mounting clips. The R15IE3S-EHC3 operates from 0 °C to 50 °C at 10 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, stores from -10 °C to 60 °C and carries CE and FCC marks. Its housing combines metal with ABS+PC, and VESA mounting is an option. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
