Winmate R15IE3S-GSC3(HB) 15″ Full IP65 Rugged Panel PC with Intel Elkhart Lake Celeron N6211 and MIL-STD-810G

A 15 inch HMI on a production line that is cleaned with water, or a kiosk outdoors, needs its connectors sealed as well as its screen. The R15IE3S-GSC3(HB) is Winmate’s 15″ G-WIN GS panel PC: an Intel Celeron N6211 in a fanless aluminium housing with an edge-to-edge PCAP touchscreen, sealed to full IP65 with M12 waterproof connectors.

The Celeron N6211 is a dual-core Elkhart Lake processor at up to 3.0 GHz with a 6.5 W TDP, typically enough for HMI, data collection and operator forms. Memory is 4 GB of DDR4 as standard with 8 GB or 16 GB options, storage is a 128 GB SSD with options up to 1 TB, and TPM 2.0 is on board. Windows 11 IoT Enterprise, Windows 11 Pro or Linux Ubuntu 24.04 can be installed. The 15 inch display is 1024 x 768 at 300 nits, with a 1000 nit panel as an option, 2000:1 contrast and 176 degree viewing angles. Protection glass and an anti-glare coating are both listed as options.

Every connection is sealed: one Gigabit LAN port on an Intel controller, one USB 2.0 port and one RS-232/422/485 port each use M12 waterproof connectors, and Winmate supplies M12 power, serial and USB/LAN cables plus three I/O protective caps. The R15IAN3S-GSC3(HB) is the same 15 inch GS design with a newer Intel N150, and the R15MG3S-GSC3(HB) is the version with an Arm-based MediaTek Genio 510.

Power is 9 to 36 V DC on an M12 connector, a wide input for machine DC supplies. The R15IE3S-GSC3(HB) operates from -15 °C to 55 °C at 10 to 95% humidity, stores from -30 °C to 60 °C and is compliant with MIL-STD-810F/G for shock (40 g for 11 ms) and vibration. It mounts on VESA, with a front IP65 panel mount as an option, and carries CE and FCC marks. We supply it configured, with the OS installed, and tested before dispatch.
